I expected AI to change interviewing more than it has.
The coding challenge may need an update, but the goal remains the same: find capable people with the right mindset. How do they approach a problem? How do they choose and question their tools?
AI may even make this easier. How someone uses it tells you a lot about how they think: what they delegate, verify, or challenge.
